With breathtaking views overlooking the Vale of Pickering, The South Range is a beautifully restored 19th century Blacksmith’s barn that offers just as much outside as it does inside.
The open plan living area blends traditional features with contemporary design, resulting in an overwhelmingly calming space that invites you to relax and unwind. The South Range is our largest property, sleeping up to six guests.
When you slide open the enormous glass doors, the spectacular open-plan living area leads out to the South facing garden with it’s own hot tub, outdoor kitchen & firepit area. The South Range is the perfect place to hideaway and spend time relaxing with friends and family.
The bespoke kitchen has everything you would expect of a luxury holiday property and is the perfect place to enjoy meal times.
With two luxurious bedrooms, both with superking sized beds and en-suite bathrooms guests can look forward to retiring here at the end of the day. The second bedroom has the added bonus of a mezzanine floor with two single beds, perfect if you fancy bringing the kids along.
Upon arrival you will receive a welcome pack full of locally sourced essentials and a selection of hand-picked treats for you to enjoy.

WEST RANGE

The West Range is a delicately restored former stable block originally built in the 19th century. Still retaining many of its original features, the property has been styled to create a peaceful and inviting space. The West Range is our newest property forming part of our collection of unique & luxurious hideaways.
The West Range is a spacious & luxurious, self-catered property, which can sleep up to 4 guests. It has high-vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, traditional wood parquet flooring & an open plan living area complete with large bifold doors which seamlessly lead you out in to the tranquillity of the garden.
The bespoke kitchen has everything you would expect from a modern, luxury self-catered property and is perfect for unwinding with friends and family. It has two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, perfect for small families or couples holidaying together.
The landscaped garden, complete with wood-fired hot tub invites you to take in the peaceful quiet surroundings, allowing you to really reconnect with nature. There is also a large outdoor dining space with BBQ & firepit area.

The West Range has been carefully designed to create a stylish & unique retreat in the countryside. It is an overwhelmingly peaceful & calming space.
The bespoke kitchen is hand-crafted English Ash cabinetry which speaks to the detail & craftsmanship that’s gone into the restoration of the former stable block.
The West Range comes with two superking bedrooms with large, luxurious en-suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a large bathtub for unwinding at the end of the day. Both bedrooms perfectly blend traditional features with contemporary design to create calm and relaxing spaces to retire to.

As much as we love four-legged friends, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets.
AVAILABILITY
We offer a choice of stay lengths at The Barns. We offer a 3 night minimum stay at the weekends and 4 night minimum throughout the week.
Our check-in days are Monday and Friday. Check-in is from 4pm. We kindly ask that guests check-out by 10am.
THE SOUTH RANGE
The South Range sleeps 4 guests as standard with room for up to 2 additional guests. There are 2 single beds in the adjoining mezzanine bedroom of the family bedroom.
The prices listed below are based on 4 people, you can select up to 2 further guests, sleeping in the family room at an additional charge of £50 per guest per night.
THE WEST RANGE
The West Range sleeps 4 guests.
With prior notice, in both barns, we can provide travel cots for up to 2 infants at no additional cost. These travel cots can be in addition to the 2 children occupying the mezzanine bedroom of the family room in The South Range.
Unfortunately, no pets.
