With breathtaking views overlooking the Vale of Pickering, The South Range is a beautifully restored 19th century Blacksmith’s barn that offers just as much outside as it does inside. 


The open plan living area blends traditional features with contemporary design, resulting in an overwhelmingly calming space that invites you to relax and unwind. The South Range is our largest property, sleeping up to six guests.


When you slide open the enormous glass doors, the spectacular open-plan living area leads out to the South facing garden with it’s own hot tub, outdoor kitchen & firepit area. The South Range is the perfect place to hideaway and spend time relaxing with friends and family.

The bespoke kitchen has everything you would expect of a luxury holiday property and is the perfect place to enjoy meal times.


With two luxurious bedrooms, both with superking sized beds and en-suite bathrooms guests can look forward to retiring here at the end of the day. The second bedroom has the added bonus of a mezzanine floor with two single beds, perfect if you fancy bringing the kids along.


Upon arrival you will receive a welcome pack full of locally sourced essentials and a selection of hand-picked treats for you to enjoy.



Sleeps 4

The West Range is a delicately restored former stable block originally built in the 19th century.  Still retaining many of its original features,  the property has been styled to create a peaceful and inviting space. The West Range is our newest property forming part of our collection of unique & luxurious hideaways.


The West Range is a spacious & luxurious, self-catered property, which can sleep up to 4 guests. It has high-vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, traditional wood parquet flooring & an open plan living area complete with large bifold doors which seamlessly lead you out in to the tranquillity of the garden.

The bespoke kitchen has everything you would expect from a modern, luxury self-catered property and is perfect for unwinding with friends and family. It has two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, perfect for small families or couples holidaying together.

The landscaped garden, complete with wood-fired hot tub invites you to take in the peaceful quiet surroundings, allowing you to really reconnect with nature. There is also a large outdoor dining space with BBQ & firepit area.
